WINNING CHAPBOOK: PUBLICATION + $300
ENTRY FEE:
$25 for Canadian entrants, $30 for U.S. and international entrants. Submissions and
payments are processed through Vallum’s Submittable account.
We do not accept submissions via regular mail.

The editors at Vallum strongly encourage Indigenous writers, writers of colour, gender
non-conforming writers, differently abled writers, LGBTQI2S+ writers, writers with
mental or physical illnesses, and writers who are otherwise affected by structural
inequality to submit their work for consideration.
GENERAL SUBMISSIONS
Vallum has paused the print and digital issues of Vallum: Contemporary Poetry for a couple of years or so; but will still be publishing chapbooks, reviewing poetry books, holding contests, offering outreach poetry workshops, and more!
